GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
These general terms and conditions constitute a contract between the client and the company ANGASOLUTIONS S.L. through its website
www.portadasfragas.com for the accommodation booking.
Please read these general conditions carefully and make sure you understand their content before making a reservation.
These terms apply to all bookings made as well as to all persons for whom the reservation is made.
BOOKINGS AND CONFIRMATION Bookings and information requests can be made by phone, email, or through any of the forms provided by ANGASOLUTIONS S.L. on its website.
RATES Prices include 21% VAT for accommodation and catering. Included services: Accommodation, services, and meal plan as stated in the booking confirmation sent to the client upon completing the reservation. Not included services: Transfers/assistance to the hotel or similar Optional excursions or visits Additional charges for rooms, meals, activities, or services not listed in the booking confirmation
SEASONS High Season: July 1 – August 31; October 6 – October 12; December 1 – December 10; December 22 – January 2; Easter Week Low Season: Remainder of the year
CHILDREN AND INFANTS When making the booking and to apply the appropriate rate, the total number of persons, both adults and children occupying beds, must be indicated. Only one extra bed is allowed per room. Infants up to 2 years old who do not occupy a bed stay free of charge. A travel cot is available. Under no circumstances will more guests than the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation be permitted, including children over 2 years of age. If the number of guests exceeds the indicated capacity, the owner may request a proportional surcharge per extra person and reserves the right of admission or cancellation of the booking.
PETS At ANGASOLUTIONS S.L. we love pets and have always welcomed them to enjoy our experiences. Unfortunately, due to the irresponsible behavior of some owners and increasingly strict regulations regarding animal health, ownership, and welfare, we have made the difficult decision to no longer accept pets.
CANCELLATION POLICY If the client cancels a reservation, a cancellation fee will apply depending on the number of days prior to the arrival date, in accordance with Royal Decree 179/2011 of July 7, regulating tourist establishments in Galicia: Free cancellation up to 72 hours before arrival Late cancellations: the first night will be charged Non-refundable rate: full charge of the total reservation If the client changes the dates, this will be treated as a new reservation and subject to the same cancellation conditions. All cancellations, including those due to force majeure, are subject to our cancellation policy. If the hotel cannot provide the room booked, it reserves the right to reassign the client to a room of similar characteristics. All cancellations or changes must be made via email. Cancellations or changes by phone will not be accepted.
EARLY DEPARTURE No refund or credit will be issued in the event of early departure from the accommodation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT Check-in: 15:00 Check-out: 12:00 If you need a late check-out, please ask at check-in if this is possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and inform you of any applicable fees.
ACTIVITIES Any scheduled activities booked through Angasolutions S.L. and/or additional services must be agreed upon in the booking confirmation. If guests request additional services or activities, with prior payment, and these cannot be provided, Porta das Fragas shall only be responsible for reimbursing the amount paid for said services.
GUEST BEHAVIOR The terms and conditions of Porta das Fragas regarding noise, loud music, and parties are clear: ALL ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Guests staying at PORTA DAS FRAGAS must understand that if loud voices or music are heard, or if other guests complain, it may result in immediate eviction regardless of the time of day or night. The client is responsible for the proper and decent behavior of all persons accompanying them. If the client or any accompanying person does not behave appropriately and responsibly, the hotel PORTA DAS FRAGAS reserves the right to request all such persons to leave the property without the right to any compensation. This also includes the loss of the amount paid and the deposit.
FINAL CONSIDERATIONS The hotel PORTA DAS FRAGAS reserves the right to modify these general conditions at any time without prior notice. Therefore, the provision of this service is limited to the moment in which the user is connected to the website or any of the services provided through it. By making a reservation, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions. If there is any element you do not fully understand or have any questions, please contact us. If you are making a reservation on behalf of two or more people, the person making the reservation must be authorized to represent all those on whose behalf the booking is made, and to accept the responsibility for payments made on their behalf, including cancellation fees or those arising from modifications. The person booking must also inform all involved of the booking details and any relevant information. Please ensure all personal information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. The user declares they are of legal age, i.e., at least 18 years old, and have the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and to use this website in accordance with the General Terms outlined herein, which they fully understand and accept. If you are under 18 and traveling with adults but without your parents or legal guardians, those adults must assume responsibility for the reservation and all resulting obligations and expenses. These general terms and conditions are governed by the laws regulating rural tourism accommodations in the Autonomous Community of Extremadura. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to submit to the arbitration bodies of the Junta de Extremadura.
